This is a very inexpensive "do it yourself" website that is very easy to manage.  It provides for me a platform from which to do business, and it also allows me to steer people toward helpful information as I come across it; like good books, refinancing, as well as topics that aren't often discussed like Brain Fitness.  

Linking businesses, websites, and/or other various things into one site is not only an organizational aid; but can also be a money making endeavor as you show others how to utilize this method as well.  Believe it or not, this is a multi-level business in and of itself!
